Delete a Template from TruServe

Follow these steps to delete a template:

1) Go to "template list" under the Activities drop-down menu:

2) Select the template to be deleted:

3) Click on the red "Delete Template" button the right-side of the screen:

*By deleting a template, activity records previously created from that template will not be deleted. Users will simply not be able to add new activities from that template.
